Every year since 1975 New Zealand has marked Te Wiki o te Reo Māori (Māori Language Week).
This is a time for all New Zealanders to celebrate te Reo Māori and to use more Māori phrases in everyday life.
This year it is being held September 13-19 and the national theme is again "Kia Kaha te Reo Māori".
Kia Kaha is a well-known expression translating to "be strong". So, by saying "Kia Kaha te Reo Māori" we are declaring - "Let's make the Māori language strong".
First and foremost, AG飞禽走兽电子 has a strong and important relationship with Māori, which honours the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
This commitment is reflected in the educational, social and philosophical culture of AG飞禽走兽电子.
Our values – tika, pono and aroha (integrity, respect and compassion) – are at the heart of everything we do.
Our integrity helps us do good work; respect is at the core of how we work together; and we're welcoming, helpful and kind, and always try to show each other compassion.
