What to report: incidents, hazards and near misses

?The AG飞禽走兽电子 event notification form can be used:

  • If you have an injury or illness caused as a result of your study at AG飞禽走兽电子, like a fall on a slippery surface or a cut while using equipment
  • To tell us about a hazardous situation like:
    • Broken furniture or glass
    • Faulty equipment
    • A blocked emergency exit

An event notification report serves as a record in case there are complications later, for example delayed health effects.
