International partnerships

AG飞禽走兽电子's School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences has a number of international partnerships and collaborative programmes with prestigious universities around the globe.

International collaborative programmes

Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh University of Science (HCMUS)

  • Since 2009, AG飞禽走兽电子 has been delivering their Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences (BCIS) including Software Development and IT Service Science papers at the HCMUS campus in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Students can gain a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from HCMUS and the BCIS degree, or just the BCIS degree
  • Blended course delivery including (a majority of) on-campus teaching at ITEC (HCMUS’s International Training and Education Center) with some AG飞禽走兽电子-facilitated self-directed learning
  • Students can also study at AG飞禽走兽电子 in New Zealand, and progress on to master's level study at AG飞禽走兽电子 with preferred entry status (depending on grades)

BINUS University, Jakarta, Indonesia

  • BINUS students can transfer 240 points from their BINUS information systems or computer science degree to the BCIS and gain a double degree
  • Students transfer to AG飞禽走兽电子 to complete the double degree

China Jiliang University (CJLU), Hangzhou, China

  • Since 2012, AG飞禽走兽电子 has been delivering their Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences (BCIS) including Software Development and IT Service Science papers at the CJLU campus in Hangzhou, China
  • Classroom and lab-based delivery
  • Students receive a double degree: CJLU’s Bachelor of Information Technology and the BCIS
  • Graduating students have preferred entry status (depending on grades) into a master's programme at AG飞禽走兽电子

Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (University) (PTIT), Hanoi, Vietnam

  • PTIT Information Technology undergraduate students can transfer 1.5 to 2 years' credits to the AG飞禽走兽电子 Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences BCIS and gain a double degree (total of 4 years of study)

Shanxi Agriculture University (SXAU), Shanxi, China

  • SXAU students can transfer after 2.5 or 3 years at SXAU and transfer up to 240 points to the AG飞禽走兽电子 Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences (BCIS) (any major) at AG飞禽走兽电子
  • Students can complete both the SXAU Bachelor of Software Engineering and the AG飞禽走兽电子 BCIS

Professional MARA Colleges (KKTM MARA/KPM MARA)

  • KKTM MARA students can transfer up to 180 points from the Diploma in Electronic Engineering (several streams) to the AG飞禽走兽电子 Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (BE)
  • Kolej KPM MARA students can transfer up to 120 points from the Diploma in Computer Networking (DCN) or the Higher Diploma in Computer Systems Development (HND SYD) to the AG飞禽走兽电子 Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences (BCIS)

Capital Normal University (CNU), Beijing, China

  • CNU students can transfer after 2 years at CNU and transfer up to 120 points to the AG飞禽走兽电子 Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences (BCIS) (any major) at AG飞禽走兽电子
  • Students can complete both the CNU undergraduate degree program in Computer Science and the AG飞禽走兽电子 BCIS

China Jiliang University (CJLU), Hangzhou, China

  • This joint programme is recruiting any eligible applicants who are residing in China
  • Applicants who meet the entry requirements of AG飞禽走兽电子’s Master of Analytics can be admitted into this joint programme
  • AG飞禽走兽电子 will be delivering this new collaborative programme at CJLU campus in Hangzhou, China from 09 October 2023
  • Students will be taught by both AG飞禽走兽电子 and CJLU lecturers and will receive the AG飞禽走兽电子’s Master of Analytics degree upon completion of study at CJLU
